Rain Water

Article "Water" talks about the fact that catching and using rain water became illegal in Bolivia as the IMF and Bechtel took over control over water. It is outrageous. Now I found out that even in the USA it was illegal in Colorado until 2009 to harvest rain water and it still is illegal in the state of Washington to collect rain water from a roof if you do not own water rights on the ground.
